KXM1-63 series miniature circuit breaker
Application
KXM1-63 series miniature circuit breaker mainly apply to AC 50Hz/60Hz, rated working voltage 230V/400V or lower than that, this series circuit breaker widely used in modern construction electric circuit equip for overload protection or short circuit protection, also used for infrequent operation or isolation of normal circuit.

KXM1-63 series miniature circuit breaker consist of moulded case, operate institution, contactor arc extinguishing system, tripping mechanism etc. Moulded case made of flaming retardant high strength plastic, strong anti-impact and in light weight. The high strength plastic of operate institution can ensure reliable and sensitive and get lowest moment of inertia, and only need a moment when short circuit happened to trip mechanism. Tripping mechanism consist of bimetal inverse time overload trip mechanism and short circuit instantaneous electromagnetic mechanism these two parts to reach two section protection, have advance current limiting feature. Contactor arc-extinguishing system adopt special guide arc angle and arc-extinguishing chamber.

Normal working and installation criteria:
1.Surrounding temperature range:
◎Max:+40℃, and 24h's average temperature should lower than +35℃
◎Min:-5℃
2.When client's surrounding temperature higher than +40℃ or lower than -5℃, client should communicate with our company to get a solution.
3. The altitude of installation place should lower than 2000m.
4.atmospheric conditions:
Atmospheric relative humidity should lower than 50% when the temperature is +40℃, higher relative humidity is acceptable when the temperature lower than +40℃, max relative humidity can reach 90% when the temperature is around +20℃, we have special policy in condensation condition which may caused by temperature changing. Should communicate with our company to get a solution when beyond the criteria.

3) Remote control tripping: MX shunt trip is installed in the right side of the circuit breaker, MV+MN are installed in the right of the circuit breaker.

Bimetal: Actually, it contains three metals iron, copper, cadmium, galvanized. Three metals with different coefficients of thermal expansion, bending cause thermal Pick reflect and making the breaker disconnect. This is the most import parts of the circuit breaker. The Bimetal is the use of different materials under different breaker amperage.
Coil: It's the important parts for the reaction of the Magnetic Trip. It's always 9 ring. As a matter of fact, the number of Coil with Different Amperage.For example, 1A reaches over 100 ring, and 63A is used to 56 ring. The Diameter Thickness is also different for Amperage.
Action Contactor(Sliver Point): It's the main point for the Reaction of Trip. Under normal conditions, keeping closed. When overload and short circuit, It will be breaking.
Arc Chute: Playing a role in destroying the arc. Generally tend to produce a large number of Moving and Static Contactor from the contactor, arc, even emerge spark.
