KXM2LE series residual current protected moulded case circuit breaker

Summarization:

KXM2LE series residual current protected circuit breaker, its rated isolating voltage is 800V, apply to circuit with AC50Hz, rated working voltage 400V, rated current till 800A for infrequent conversion and electric motor infrequent start. Circuit breaker have overload, short circuit and under voltage protection function, can protect circuit and power supply apparatus from being damaged, meanwhile, can provide indirect contact protection to human, also can provide over current protection to non-detectable but long existed ground fault which may have fire risk. Rated residual operation current 30mA circuit breaker have additional protection function to direct contact person while other protection apparatus have fault.

Normal working and installation criteria:

◎Surrounding media temperature can't higher than +40℃ or lower than -5℃; and average temperature in 24 hours can't exceed 35℃(except special ordering)

◎Installation place relative humidity can't exceed 50% while max temperature is +40℃,higher relative humidity is acceptable in lower temperature, for example relative humidity can reach 90% at 20℃,should adopt special measure when have condensation dewdrop which caused by temperature changing.

◎Humid tropical type circuit breaker relative humidity can't exceed 95% at +25℃;

Main features:

◎Residual current three phases protection:KXM2LE circuit breaker realize ground fault protection, residual current protection module working power supply of regular residual current protection circuit breaker is 2 phases, this series circuit breaker is 3 phases, the module still can work normally if lack any of the phases.

◎Can be adjustable in installation place: rated residual operation current I△n and residual current operation time(non delay and delay) can be adjusted according to place condition.

◎Low voltage protection: residual current protection module can work normally even single phase reduce to 85V

◎Residual current output alarm function: Apparatus or circuit residual current reach or exceed setting parameter, circuit breaker with residual current unit module output one electrical independent contact signal to drive relative alarm device.

◎Interconvertible installation: overall specification is as same as M1 series circuit breaker(except M1-630)

1.        When this series3 pole circuit breaker connect three phases and load, load should without neutral line, load control circuit power supply of circuit breaker load terminal also should without neutral line, otherwise will cause fault operation.

2.        When this series 3poles and 4 poles circuit breaker connect single phases and load, phase line should connect A pole, neutral line should connect C pole, can't connect B pole.
